The “Flying Together” teambuilding activity of Francia Beauty Group (FBG) have just ended at the beautiful coastal city of Nha Trang in Khanh Hoa province, Vietnam. The 3-day event from July 8, 2019 to July 10, 2019 which truly brought the Great Family of Francia Beauty Group wonderful summer days. Not only playing manoeuver games on the beach or under the sea to connect the nuclear family is Francia Cosmectics (FC), Technip (TN) and Francia Beauty (FB) together but also motivating the zealous energy for each individual to promote their own abilities. Responding to the message “Flying Together”, the Board of Management had perfect moments with the staff to participate in merry and meaningful outdoor and indoor activities. Hundreds of staff joined the “Flying Together” together with Francia Beauty Group. The message of the “Flying Together” is not set by the Board of Management or proposed by HR Admin Department and Trade Union. It came from the consensus of the FBG have subsidiaries which consist of FC, TN, FB and TNT. Through this activity, the year 2019 is a year to launch the start-up gun for the truly integrated deployment of FB Group, we are a co-ordination of “Flying together” making human beautiful, making life beautiful.
